Islamabad: Federal Minister for Science & Technology, Fawad Chaudhry and National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) are at loggerheads over the testified Covid-19 kits in Pakistan.
Federal Minister for Science & Technology in his tweets warned Provincial governments and NDMA by saying, “There are superfluous Covid-19 testified kits in the market.
If the Covid-19 infected patient is declared fit, it means that it will put many lives in danger. All should import only kits verified by DRAP.”
In reply to Federal Minister, NDMA Pakistan tweeted that NDMA is importing all the Covid-19 kits from China through its Pakistan’s embassy in China and all these kits are verified by Chinese government, therefore, there is no chance of unverified Covid-19 kits to Pakistan.
