Govt takes steps of restoring prestige and glory of PIA

The government has taken several steps to restore the prestige and glory of Pakistan International Airlines, the Federal Minister for Aviation Division Ghulam Sarwar Khan has said.

The Aviation Minister has stated this while talking to media in Rawalpindi on Saturday.

Ghulam Sarwar Khan has said that PIA will be made such an airline on which the people will have pride to travel. He said safety of the passengers traveling on PIA is our foremost priority.

The Aviation Minister said PIA arranged special flights to bring back Pakistanis from different countries in the Covid19 pandemic. He said Covid19 cases are continuing to decline in the country owing to effective strategies and polices of the government.

“The general public to strictly follow SOP’s regarding coronavirus during Muharram-ul-Haram to curb spread of the pandemic,” he added.
