Chinese electric vehicle maker XPENG is preparing to enter the Pakistani market, marking another development in the country’s growing electric vehicle sector.
According to a report, the company may initially introduce the XPENG G6, a mid-size electric coupe-SUV built on the 800-volt SEPA 2.0 platform.
That platform supports rapid charging and reportedly allows the vehicle’s battery to charge from ten to eighty percent in about twenty minutes.
Internationally, the G6 is offered with two battery options: a 66 kWh pack and an 87.5 kWh long-range pack, depending on the market.
XPENG says the G6 offers a 435–570 kilometre WLTP range, depending on configuration, with rear-wheel or all-wheel drive.

Performance figures supplied show the rear-wheel-drive models accelerate from zero to one hundred kilometres per hour in around 6.6 to 6.2 seconds.
A performance-focused all-wheel-drive variant achieves the sprint in about four seconds, while the G6 has a five-seat cabin and a 2,890-millimetre wheelbase.
The model offers 571 litres of cargo space and an interior featuring a modern digital layout with comfort-oriented equipment found in XPENG’s global models.
Details regarding pricing, local availability and launch timelines have not yet been announced, and no further information on those matters was provided in the report.
