Sialkot Stallionz have acquired Pakistan top-order batter Sahibzada Farhan for Rs5.7 crore during the ongoing 2026 Pakistan Super League 11 auction, highlighting the franchise’s focus on attacking power in the top order.
Farhan attracted strong attention after consistent performances for Pakistan at the ongoing ICC T20 World Cup 2026 in Sri Lanka and India, impressing with his aggressive approach and rapid scoring in the powerplay.
The Stallionz plan to deploy Farhan as a frontline opener, providing early momentum and stability to their batting lineup, while his ability to score quickly strengthens the team’s top-order strategy.
The signing forms part of a busy auction in which franchises invested heavily in proven local match-winners, seeking experienced players capable of influencing high-pressure T20 encounters in PSL 11 matches.
Earlier, Stallionz announced Mohammad Nawaz, Salman Mirza, Ahmed Daniyal, and Saad Masood as part of the franchise’s core players, selected under Platinum, Diamond, Gold, and Emerging categories respectively for strategic squad formation.

Mohammad Nawaz, retained from Islamabad United, was selected for Rs6.16 crore in the Platinum category, while Salman Mirza, previously with Lahore Qalandars, was retained in Diamond for Rs3.92 crore.
Ahmed Daniyal, also from Lahore Qalandars, was secured in Gold for Rs2.24 crore, and Saad Masood from Islamabad United was retained in Emerging for Rs0.84 crore, strengthening the Stallionz squad.
Franchises in PSL 11 have a total squad formation budget of Rs45 crore, with Stallionz already spending Rs13.16 crore on retentions, leaving the remainder available for the ongoing player auction to complete their lineup.
