Vivo’s upcoming smartphone, the X300 FE, has been spotted on Geekbench, revealing key specifications and confirming its imminent launch. The device, carrying the model number V2537, has recently passed certifications in Singapore and Germany, signaling a global rollout may be near.

The TÜV Rheinland certification from Germany confirms that the Vivo X300 FE supports 90W wired fast charging, placing it among the faster-charging smartphones in its category. Geekbench listings disclose that the X300 FE is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset, paired with 12GB of RAM in the tested unit. Vivo may offer additional RAM variants when the phone officially launches, as manufacturers often test a single configuration before releasing multiple options.

On the software front, the device will come pre-installed with Android 16, customized with Vivo’s OriginOS 6. This ensures users receive the latest Android version out of the box, highlighting Vivo’s commitment to timely software updates.

Industry speculation suggests the X300 FE could be a rebranded version of the Vivo S50 Pro mini or share much of its hardware. The S50 Pro mini features a 6.31-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 1216×2640 pixels and a 120Hz refresh rate. Storage options include 256GB and 512GB.

The camera setup on the S50 Pro mini is notable, with a 50MP main sensor equipped with optical image stabilization (OIS), a 50MP periscope telephoto lens offering 3x optical zoom and OIS, and an 8MP ultrawide camera. For selfies, it includes a 50MP front camera.

Battery capacity is robust at 6,500 mAh, supporting 90W wired charging and 40W wireless charging. If the X300 FE matches these specifications, it will be a strong contender in the premium mid-range smartphone segment.

With regulatory approvals secured and detailed specifications emerging, Vivo’s X300 FE is poised to make a significant impact upon release.
