ECC approves extension of PM’s relief package through utility stores

ISLAMABAD: The Economic Coordination Committee of the cabinet has authorized the continuation of the Prime Minister’s Relief Package for the current fiscal year via the Utility Stores Corporation, with updated pricing and subsidies.ECC wants to revise the SSGC UFG benchmark to cut losses  

The ECC, which convened in Islamabad today under the chairmanship of Finance Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb, also endorsed the Ministry of Industries and Production’s proposal to classify the Warehousing and Logistics Sector as an industry.
