EIB evinces interest in financing Pakistan’s key projects
ISLAMABAD: Minister for Economic Affairs Ahad Khan Cheema has praised the European Investment Bank for its loan of 50 million Euros allocated for the rehabilitation of the Warsak Hydro Power Project.

The Minister noted that bilateral cooperation would help identify new opportunities for enhanced partnership.
The EIB delegation showed interest in several important projects, including those supported by other international financial institutions.
The Bank expressed a particular interest in exploring opportunities to provide funding for a variety of significant initiatives.
Among these are the widening of the N-5 road, aimed at improving road connectivity and transportation efficiency.
Additionally, the delegation is keen on opportunities in renewable and hydro power energy.
