Govinda Hospitalised After Collapsing at Juhu Home
Veteran Bollywood actor Govinda was hospitalised late Tuesday night after collapsing at his Juhu residence, prompting immediate medical attention and concern from friends.
His longtime legal advisor and close friend Lalit Bindal rushed him to CritiCare Hospital, where doctors began monitoring his condition carefully upon arrival.
Bindal confirmed Govinda had fainted earlier in the evening and was feeling disoriented, prompting him to call for urgent help immediately.
Medical staff conducted a thorough evaluation, including neurological assessments, and are currently awaiting consultation reports to determine the next steps in treatment.
“All tests have been completed, and he is stable now, but doctors are observing him closely for any sudden health complications,” Bindal said.
This hospitalisation comes a little over a year after Govinda suffered an accidental gunshot wound to his leg in Kolkata.

At that time, the licensed revolver discharged accidentally from a cupboard while he was preparing to leave early morning for a show.
Doctors successfully performed an hour-long operation to remove the bullet, and Govinda recovered fully before resuming his professional and public activities.
Fans and family have expressed concern on social media, sending prayers and messages wishing the actor a fast and complete recovery.
Govinda, known for iconic films like Hero No. 1, Coolie No. 1, and Raja Babu, remains one of Bollywood’s most beloved entertainers.
He was recently seen visiting veteran actor Dharmendra at Breach Candy Hospital, appearing cheerful, healthy, and in good spirits despite recent health scares.
Doctors continue to monitor him closely at CritiCare Hospital, with updates expected after neurological reports guide further care and determine his ongoing recovery process.
