Govt committed to achieve vision of Digital Pakistan: Shaza
ISLAMABAD: Shaza Fatima, the Minister of State for Information Technology and Telecommunication, has reaffirmed the government’s dedication to realizing the vision of a Digital Pakistan.
In her address at the inaugural digital national conference hosted by the Global System for Mobile Communication Association, she detailed the significant measures taken to advance digital transformation in line with the Prime Minister’s directives.Data regulation, cybersecurity topmost priorities: Shaza Fatima
The Minister emphasized that the goal of digital technology is to modernize the economy, governance, and society by closing the digital gap between urban and rural areas.
She updated attendees on the ongoing initiatives to enhance information technology within the country, which led to a record rise in IT exports during the previous fiscal year.
Shaza Fatima also underscored the continued efforts to foster digital innovation and develop its infrastructure, which remains a top priority for the SIFC.
