CEO Hascol obtains bail, two escape detention

Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Hascol Petroleum Limited (HPL) gets bail from court and two officials of the company flee to escape from detention in oil hoarding and black marketing case.
Sources told Newztodays.com that FIR was registered against CEO Hascol Petroleum Limited on the recommendation of the committee formed to probe into oil hoarding and blacking marketing that led to the petrol crisis across the country.
However, CEO Hascol Petroleum Limited–HPL–Aqeel Ahmed has obtained bail from the court.
Meanwhile, Deputy Commissioner (DC) Muzaffargarh Amjad Shoaib Tareen issued a detention order to send regional sales manager Ishaq Ahmed and Installation Manager Mohsin Raza to send jail for 30 days. However, they have fled away to escape from arrest.
According to issued by the DC office that a committee was formed to verify stocks of the company. This committee had inspected the depot of Hascol Petroleum Limited and found that there was not a required stock of diesel and petrol available in the depot that had led to the petrol crisis.
