Huawei’s plan to train 1000 Pakistani officials
ISLAMABAD: The government and Huawei have finalized a plan for Training Program for over 1,000 government employees.
The two sides also finalized a plan for Training Program for over 1,000 government employees. Under this plan, both sides will train officials for capacity building in ICT.
Vice President of the Huawei Middle East Middle East Region Mr. SpaceLee led the delegation and called on Federal Secretary Ministry of IT and Telecommunication Shoaib Ahmad Siddiqui here on Wednesday.
Secretary IT welcomed the Huawei delegation in his office, and matters relating to information and communication technology (ICT) and connectivity were discussed during the meeting.
The delegation of Huawei briefed the Secretary IT about steps being Huawei has taken for the promotion of ICT and IT skills in Pakistan.
The two sides also finalized a plan for Training Program for over 1,000 government employees.
Huawei in collaboration with the Ministry of IT & Telecom would train over 1,000 government employees. The delegation said the assistance of Huawei for the ICT sector of Pakistan will enhance capability in the future.
Secretary IT lauded Huawei for providing ICT skills to Pakistani youth and ensured IT Ministry’s full support to Huawei in its steps to create an ICT ecosystem in the country. Senior officers of the Ministry of IT & Telecom were also present in the meeting.
