KP Launches Paid Digital Internship for Women

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Information Technology Board (KPITB) has introduced the KP Women Digital Internship Program 2025–26, a six-month paid internship aimed at empowering women with practical skills in the technology sector.
This initiative offers selected female candidates hands-on experience in various digital domains including Artificial Intelligence, UI/UX design, Web Development, Application Development, Graphic Design, and Digital Marketing. Interns will receive a monthly stipend of Rs. 30,000 throughout the duration of the program.

Participants will be placed in IT Park companies across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, as well as at the Digital Transformation Unit and KPITB headquarters. This placement is designed to provide industry-relevant experience and enhance women’s participation in the digital economy.
Officials highlighted that the program aims to build technical skills and create professional growth opportunities for women in emerging technology fields.
