M/s Fly Jinnah to launch an airline in Pakistan

Islamabad: M/s Fly Jinnah Services Limited has decided to launch a regular public transport airline in Pakistan that will be one of the companies to launch service.

The aviation division has recommended allowing it to launch regular operations in Pakistan.

The group of businessmen in Pakistan is going to launch an airline. There are several other airline companies in Pakistan like PIA, Air Blue, Serene are operating in Pakistan. This airline in Pakistan will be a new addition to flights.

A consortium of Pakistani businessmen owns M/s Fly Jinnah Services Limited that is going to launch regular operations in Pakistan.

Earlier, businessmen of Sialkot had launched Air Sial airline. Now, another group of businessmen is going to launch an airline in Pakistan.

Aviation Division has briefed a group of businessmen associated with different industries Including Travel, Fast Moving Consumer Goods, Power, Technology, etc owns Cabinet that M/s Fly Jinnah Services(Pvt.) Limited

This group intends to launch a Regular Public Transport (RPT) airline in Pakistan.

The company had requested for issuance of an RPT license (Passenger & Cargo).

Subsequently, Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (PCAA) had certified that this airline in Pakistan company had fulfilled all the conditions prescribed In National Aviation Policy-2019 and relevant rules/regulations for the issuance of the license, mainly the following:

Paid-up Capital

PCAA has confirmed that M/s Fly Jinnah Services (Pvt.) Limited has loss-free paid-up capital of PICR 350,000,000/-which is in line with the NAP-2019 and ANO-001-ATNR-3.0.

Fleet Size

PCAA has confirmed that the airline company in Pakistan has plans to initially induct 3 Ai-crafts (preferably Airbus A320) on a dry lease basis and will subsequently Increase its fleet size to 5 by 2nd year and to 6 by the end of the 5th year of operations.

Registration with SECP

Moreover, PCAA has confirmed that the company is registered with SECP in the name of Fly Jinnah- Services (Private) Limited with 2 Directors.

Experience

Meanwhile, PCAA has confirmed that the company has inducted Mr. Shahnawaz Haider Nawabi as its Director, and Chief Executive who holds an MBA from Harvard University and serves as Director on the Board of 03 companies including Public un-listed and 582 Private Companies.
