MD Parco Removed, CEO assigned an additional charge

The government has removed the managing director Shahid Mahmood Khan and given additional charge of managing director to Mr Amr Ahmed.

According to a notification issued by the establishment division, Mr. Amr Ahmed, CEO,
PAPCO has been assigned the additional charge for the position of MD, PARCO with effect from August 26, August, 2023.

In addition to his existing appointment, for a period of 06 months (or less if the selection of the new MD concludes earlier), to avoid any interaction in the smooth functioning of the Company, he would continue performing the duties of CEO.

In the interest of a fair and transparent selection process, Mr. Amr Ahmed would
undertake not to be a candidate for the position of regular MD, PARCO.
