Mobile service to remain partially suspended in some cities of Punjab

ISLAMABAD: Mobile phone service will remain partially closed in various cities of Punjab.

This measure is part of the security arrangements for the 10th of Muharram processions and gatherings.Govt Imposes Uniform Tax on Mobile Phones in Budget 2024

According to the Punjab Home Department, the service will remain suspended in specific areas till 10:00 pm to maintain law and order and ensure the safety of citizens.
