Mohsin Naqvi calls for enhancing cooperation with Netherlands
ISLAMABAD: Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi emphasized the need to boost bilateral cooperation between Pakistan and the Netherlands in various areas, particularly in combating human trafficking.
He made these comments during a meeting with the Dutch Ambassador to Pakistan, Henny de Vries, who visited him in Islamabad today.

Describing human traffickers as a major criminal network, he advocated for joint efforts to address this serious problem.
They also discussed the forthcoming visit of a Dutch delegation to Pakistan, which is intended to advance these collaborative initiatives. Both parties stressed the importance of strengthening their cricketing ties.
Regarding Afghan refugees, Mohsin Naqvi noted that Pakistan has been hosting them for many years.
The two sides agreed to enhance cooperation between Pakistan and the Netherlands to support Afghan refugees’ welfare.
Ambassador Henny de Vries congratulated the Interior Minister on his appointment as President of the Asian Cricket Council and emphasized the role of sports diplomacy.
Similarly, Mohsin Naqvi extended his congratulations to her on the establishment of the new Dutch government.
