Actor Nadia Khan has criticised the behaviour of several senior actresses in the industry, saying their attitude creates an unhealthy working environment on set.

Nadia Khan, known for her outspoken style and viral talk shows, gained widespread recognition through the Nadia Khan Show.

She has also appeared in dramas including Bandhan, Kaisi Aurat Hoon Main, Wehshi, Pal Do Pal, Des Pardes, Aisi Hai Tanhai, Pehchaan, and Kam Zarf.

The renowed actor is currently hosting the programmes Rise and Shine and Kya Drama Hai on two news channels.

She said she tries to maintain professionalism by avoiding unnecessary demands, bringing her own meals, and ensuring she does not burden the production crew.

Khan expressed concern that actresses who cause friction are still offered multiple projects by the same production houses.

Nadia Khan said producers privately acknowledge their behaviour but continue to sign them for forthcoming work.

She added that these actresses often fight, cancel shoots, and object even to minor issues such as differences in the kitchen menu.

Khan said she avoids confrontation and simply greets them before stepping aside, noting that such conduct creates a poor impression and is unbecoming of senior performers.
