Officials Caution Aagainst Unauthorised ID Services
The National Database and Registration Authority issued a public alert warning citizens about a fraudulent website impersonating its services, urging vigilance online.
The website idcardtracking.online has been identified as a scam targeting both local and overseas Pakistanis through false promises of identity services and document tracking.
In its advisory, NADRA urged citizens not to engage with agents, unauthorized intermediaries, or third-party service providers for any identity-related services whatsoever.

Officials emphasized that using unofficial channels increases the risk of data theft, financial fraud, misuse of personal information, and identity compromise as warned.
NADRA stressed that the only safe and authentic method for accessing its services is through the official Pak ID Mobile App directly.
The official Pak ID Mobile App allows users to apply for and track identity documents securely, providing an authenticated channel for NADRA services.
