This agreement builds on our long history of cooperation and demonstrates the United States continued commitment to assisting Pakistan with development goals that are important to both countries.US plans to expand agriculture trade with Pakistan
The areas of interest include climate, resilience, clean energy, sustainable economic growth, inclusive democratic governance, education, and health security.
The United States remains one of the leading sources of development assistance to Pakistan, collaborating with the government, civil society, and international organizations on a variety of programs aligned with Pakistan’s interests.
We look forward to advancing this collaboration, in part, through the US-Pakistan “Green Alliance,” a framework centered on agriculture, water management, and sustainable energy.
