PayPal to Operate in Pakistan in Partnership with Payoneer

PayPal is set to begin operations in Pakistan on January 11, through a joint venture with Payoneer, aimed at facilitating freelancers and IT professionals in making international payments.
An agreement between PayPal and Payoneer is scheduled to be signed on January 11.
Consequently, if you have a Payoneer account in Pakistan, you will soon be able to receive and send payments using your PayPal ID.
The Caretaker IT Minister announced that PayPal will be operating indirectly in Pakistan through a collaborative effort with Payoneer.
