Petrol Prices May Go Up
ISLAMABAD: Petrol Prices in Pakistan are set to go up from October 16 in line with fluctuation in global market prices.
Federal government is likely to hike the prices of petroleum products upto Rs 2.34 per litre for next fortnight starting from November 1, 2025.
According to an estimate, the price of petrol is likely to go up by Rs 1.48 per litre (0.6 percent) from Rs 263.02 to Rs 264.50 per litre.Govt Reduces Price of Petrol by Rs 8 Per Liter
The price of High Speed Diesel (HSD) is likely to go up by Rs 1.38 per litre from Rs 275.42 to Rs 276.80 per litre.
The price of kerosene oil is also likely to increase by Rs 2.34 per litre from Rs 181.71 to Rs 184.05 per litre and price of light diesel oil (LDO) is also likely to increase by 49 paisa from Rs 162.76 to Rs 163.25 per litre.
Its still two days left to final announcement. The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) is expected to submit a summary to the Ministry of Finance by October 31, and the government is widely anticipated to approve an increase in fuel prices.
