PSCA Launches Online Complaint Tracking System

The Punjab Safe Cities Authority (PSCA) has introduced a new online complaint tracking system to enhance transparency and efficiency in handling complaints registered through its 15 emergency helplines.
This initiative allows citizens to monitor the progress of their complaints 24/7, marking a significant step towards improving public service delivery.
Upon registering a first information report (FIR), complainants receive a WhatsApp message containing a download link, an electronic tag number (e-tag), and other relevant details of their complaint.

Additionally, they are provided with a username and password, enabling them to log in to the system and check the status of their applications at any time.
The platform also allows users to download a copy of their FIR from home and submit feedback through the portal, making the complaint process more accessible and user-friendly.
In a notable integration, the PSCA has linked this service with the Virtual Women’s Police Station, which offers women legal guidance and follow-up support remotely.
This post-FIR follow-up mechanism ensures continuous contact between officials and affected women, providing them with ongoing assistance and protection.
Citizens can track their complaint status by visiting feedback.psca.gop.pk. To access the Virtual Women’s Police Station, callers can dial 15 and press 2.
This development reflects the Punjab Safe Cities Authority’s commitment to leveraging technology to improve public safety and service responsiveness across the province.
