RDA inflow reaches $7.1 billion

Arrivals in December 2023 recorded an increase of $160 million through Roshan Digital Accounts introduced in September 2020.

According to the data the total number of accounts in Roshan Digitial Accounts or RDA amounted to 651,057 while in December alone some 10,182 accounts were opened. Pakistan RDA gross inflows reached $7.195 billion as of Dec’23.

Out of the total received funds, $1.538 billion has been repatriated while $4.442 billion has been utilized locally. Inflows cross $1.5b in Roshan Pakistan Digital Account

With this Net repatriable liability remained at $1.125 billion as of December 2023.

In December out of inflows of $160 million through RDA, $7 million has been repatriated, whereas $120 million was consumed domestically while $33 million has been a liability or has to be repatriated.
