SNGPL’s Model Customer Service Center inaugurated in Lahore

SNGPL’s Model Customer Service Center has been launched in Lahore by Sui Northern Gas. The Model Customer Center was inaugurated by the Caretaker Federal Minister for Energy Muhammad Ali.
The Energy Minister also visited the Model Customer Center and inquired from the customers about their problems.
Talking to journalists on this occasion, Energy Minister Muhammad Ali said that for the convenience of gas consumers, Sui Northern has decided to open all customer service centers for the entire week, which will provide convenience to the public.

On this occasion, MD Sui Northern Aamir Tufail, while giving a briefing to the Federal Minister of Energy regarding the upgradation of the Customer Service Center, said that the complaints received by the Customer Services Department are automatically monitored through GIS, which is the reason complaints can be redressed quickly.
The Federal Minister expressed his satisfaction with the facilities provided in the Model Customer Center and hoped that the institution would continue to take similar measures to solve the problems of the customers.
