75th Independence Day of Pakistan Celebrated at SNGPL Headquarter
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) hosted a flag-raising ceremony at its Lahore headquarters to celebrate the anniversary of the 75th Independence Day of Pakistan. Ali J. Hamdani, managing director of SNGPL, was the chief guest at the ceremony.

During his address, Managing Director Ali J. Hamdani lauded the contributions to independence made by Quid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, Allama Iqbal, Sir Syed Ahmed Khan, and other leaders of Pakistan Movement. He stated that Jinnah believed in a peaceful political struggle for freedom.

He added that SNGPL must further enhance its customer service in order to better serve its customers.
The Managing Director of SNGPL stated that the company is laying a network from the recently discovered gas reserves in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in order to combat the depletion of the country’s natural gas reserves.
In addition, he stated that SNGPL is digitising its internal business processes and customer services. He expressed hope that it would enhance the workflow and ensure the transparency of the operations. By reducing the UFG, the company announced an after-tax profit of Rs. 10.99 billion, according to the MD.
According to the managing director, the salaries of executives have been revised, with special consideration given to the salaries of junior executives.

He added that SNGPL believes in the promotion of gender diversity and that there are currently a large number of female employees in positions of authority. He assured that the company would provide equal opportunities to all female SNGPL employees.
