NADRA Token Booking Available Online Through Pak ID
The National Database and Registration Authority has introduced a new feature allowing citizens to book NADRA token online appointments through the Pak ID mobile application.
The service aims to reduce long queues and waiting times at NADRA centres, offering citizens a faster, easier, and more efficient customer experience nationwide.
Citizens can reserve appointment slots remotely by accessing the updated Pak ID app, selecting their preferred centre, and arriving ten minutes before the scheduled time.
NADRA has also upgraded its fee payment system, allowing citizens to pay through cash, JazzCash, Easypaisa, E-Sahulat centres, or by scanning QR codes.
This digital initiative ensures greater accessibility, providing nationwide convenience for applicants who can now complete payments quickly and securely without facing unnecessary delays or additional costs.

For assistance, citizens may call the NADRA helpline 1777, submit complaints online at complaints.nadra.gov.pk, or use the official Pak ID mobile application.
Earlier this week, NADRA introduced the latest version of its Pak Identity mobile application to make registration services simpler and more convenient.
The updated Pak ID 5.0.4 now enables citizens to change registered mobile numbers and email addresses directly through the application without requiring physical visits to Nadra offices.
By offering this service, Nadra aims to expand digital accessibility and allow citizens to update important details from their homes without unnecessary travel.
