Canva Users Worldwide Hit by Major Outage

Canva, the globally popular online design platform, is facing a major outage that has left millions of users unable to access their accounts or projects.

The disruption began early Monday, as users from Asia, Europe, and the United States reported the website either freezing mid design or displaying repeated error messages.

Several users stated that they were unable to open saved projects, while others said the editor completely failed to load on web browsers.

Some users managed to open previously saved designs offline through the mobile app, but most reported being locked out of Canva’s web platform entirely.

The situation quickly caused frustration among designers, marketers, and small businesses who depend heavily on Canva for creating marketing content, visuals, and presentations.

Acknowledging the issue, Canva confirmed that its technical team was actively investigating and working urgently to restore full access for all affected users globally.

The company posted a message on X saying they were aware of the outage affecting global users and were investigating the cause on priority.

Canva has advised users to monitor its official status page for regular updates and information until services are fully functional again.

The outage has interrupted marketing teams and social media professionals preparing digital campaigns, forcing many to postpone scheduled projects and client deliveries.

As of now, Canva has not revealed the reason behind the global outage nor provided any estimated timeline for restoring normal operations worldwide.

This remains a developing situation, and further updates will be shared once Canva releases an official statement clarifying the cause and recovery efforts.
