Gold prices in Pakistan rose on Tuesday, continuing the upward trend seen in international markets, as the local price per tola increased to Rs526,262, reflecting a gain of Rs15,00 during the day.

Similarly, the rate for 10 grams of gold increased to Rs451,184 after rising by Rs1,286, according to data shared by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA) on Tuesday morning.

On Monday, gold had already gained Rs5,300 per tola, reaching Rs524,762, indicating sustained momentum in local prices, which closely follows the international market movement driven by global demand and investment patterns.

The international price of gold also increased, rising by $15 to reach $5,035 per ounce, with an additional premium of $20 applied to the market rate for import and trade purposes.

Meanwhile, silver prices in Pakistan remained stable, with 1 tola valued at Rs8,615, showing no change from previous trading, despite fluctuations in gold rates and global precious metal markets.
