Chief Executive Officer of IESCO, Islamabad Electric Supply Company, Engineer Chaudhry Khalid Mahmood, has reaffirmed the company’s commitment to ensuring uninterrupted electricity supply during the holy month of Ramadan, particularly at the times of Sehr and Iftar.

He stated that, in line with the traditions of IESCO, the company will make every possible effort to provide continuous power supply throughout Ramadan so that consumers can perform their religious obligations and daily activities with ease and comfort.

On the directives of the Government of Pakistan, Ministry of Energy (Power Division), and Chairman IESCO Dr. Tahir Masood a Central Control/Monitoring Room has been established in Islamabad to ensure 24/7 monitoring of electricity transmission. Senior officers and staff will continuously monitor power supply across 127 grid stations and more than 1200 11kV feeders, promptly addressing any system faults that may arise.

Additionally, monitoring rooms have been set up at the Circle, Division, and Sub-Division levels. Complaint offices will remain fully operational, and field formations have been provided with additional material to respond swiftly to any technical issues.

IESCO Chief Executive said that being the s head of IESCO he will personally remain in contact with field formations and other offices via video link during Sehr and Iftar hours to ensure smooth operation and he along with his team are fully determined to provide the best possible services to valued consumers during the blessed month of Ramadan.
