AIOU Opens Admissions for New Russian Language Course
Allama Iqbal Open University will launch a three-month Russian language course in November 2025 in Islamabad campus.
The program is organized in collaboration with the Ministry of Education of Russia under its Center for International Cooperation initiative.
Classes will be conducted face-to-face by a qualified Russian instructor three days per week, with each session lasting three hours.
Students will undergo continuous assessments and a final exam to evaluate their performance throughout the three-month course duration.

Successful participants will receive an official certificate useful for applying to Master’s and PhD scholarships in Russia and Central Asia.
AIOU clarified it will not provide accommodation, travel, or refreshments, and participants must independently arrange all essential logistics.
The course fee is Rs. 5,000 for the complete three-month program, which covers instruction, assessments, and certification upon completion.
Applicants can access and submit the online application form through the official portal of AIOU to secure their enrollment for November.
