BISE Lahore 12th Class Result Gazette 2026 Released
The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Lahore has officially released the 12th class result gazette for the Intermediate Part I & II First Annual Examination 2026. The announcement was made on September 23, 2026, following the conclusion of theory and practical exams conducted between May and August 2026.
A total of 192,950 candidates applied for the exams, out of which 189,373 appeared in the examination sessions. The overall pass percentage for the First Annual Examination was recorded at 64.98%, with 123,060 students successfully passing.
Gender-wise analysis shows that female candidates outperformed their male counterparts, achieving a pass rate of approximately 75%. Male candidates recorded a pass rate of just over 51%. Specifically, 110,096 female students applied, with 108,851 appearing and 81,590 passing. In comparison, 82,351 male candidates applied, 80,091 appeared, and 41,247 passed.
Students who are unsatisfied with their results have the opportunity to apply for rechecking. The board has provided a 15-day window from the date of result announcement to submit their rechecking applications online through the official BISE Lahore website.
Additionally, candidates who did not pass are eligible to participate in the Intermediate Part-I & II Second Annual Examinations 2026. Students can register by submitting the requisite forms and fees as per the timelines provided by the board. Those who have passed may also benefit from up to four improvement attempts over the next four years to enhance their scores.
