BISE Lahore Students Face Delays in Fee Submission

The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Lahore now requires all student fee payments to be made exclusively through HBL mobile app.

Previously, students could pay fees through multiple banking platforms, providing convenience, flexibility, and faster confirmation.

The sudden restriction to a single app has caused significant delays, forcing parents and students to adjust schedules, often spending hours trying to complete the process.

Many families reported spending a day submitting fees and another day waiting for verification, causing unnecessary frustration and stress for students and guardians.

Some students have been compelled to personally visit the BISE, disrupting academic routines and daily commitments, particularly during exam preparation periods.

Authorities have not provided any solutions yet, leaving students worried about timely fee submission and its effect on upcoming exams and board services.

Parents argue that limiting payment options increases administrative burden, accessibility issues, and stress, emphasizing the urgent need for a more efficient, user-friendly system.

Families continue navigating the HBL app while hoping that BISE Lahore will implement multiple payment channels or improve processing efficiency to ease the ongoing challenges.
