China allows first Pakistani firm to export meat

China has allowed the first Pakistani company to export meat.
China has granted permission to The Organic Meat Company Limited (OMCL) to export meat to China.
In this regard, the company has received all approvals from the customs authorities of China. It will export treated beef meat to China.
In a notice issued to Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited, the company management said that the company has pioneered the heat treatment process whereby foot and mouth disease can be removed from the beef meat.
