CM Punjab approves expansion of revenue authority to 12 new districts

 LAHORE: Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has authorized the expansion of the Punjab Revenue Authority’s network to an additional twelve districts in a bid to boost revenue collection.

Presiding over a meeting in Lahore today, she suggested raising the authority’s revenue target by fifty billion rupees while ensuring there is no adverse impact on the general public.Senate Standing Committee on Power Addresses Critical Issues in the Power Sector

She announced that the Punjab Revenue Authority will be connected with the Federal Board of Revenue for seamless database integration.

During the meeting, the newly appointed Chairman of the Punjab Revenue Authority, Nauman Yousaf, provided an update on the PRA’s activities.
