Interior Minister, Iraqi Commander discuss cooperation on safe city project
ISLAMABAD:During the discussion, various shared interests were addressed, including enhancing facilities for Pakistani pilgrims in Iraq.

The Interior Minister stressed the need for prompt action regarding the proposal to not require passports from pilgrims heading to Iraq.
The Iraqi Rapid Response Unit Commander mentioned that they would discuss the passport issue with the DG Passport and expressed hope for a resolution.
Mohsin Naqvi assured that all necessary support for Iraqi police training and the Safe City project would be extended.
