IT sector witnessing significant growth under auspices of SIFC

Islamabad: the Information Technology scene is booming with help from the Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC).

Recognizing IT’s potential, the government has set aside seventy-nine billion rupees this year for the sector.SIFC signs agreement with UAE’s Company for investment

Nineteen billion rupees will go into building IT parks in Islamabad and Karachi, with twenty-two billion rupees allocated to the Pakistan Software Export Board.

The IT sector is on a rapid growth trajectory thanks to SIFC’s support, giving rise to numerous startups that are making their mark globally.
