Ministry Sets Final Deadline for Private Hajj Bookings
The Ministry of Religious Affairs has announced that only four days are left for pilgrims to complete their applications under the Private Hajj Scheme 2025.
According to ministry officials, the online Hajj portal will close at midnight on October 17, after which no new bookings will be accepted from private operators.
This year, the government has allocated sixty thousand seats for private pilgrims, out of which more than forty-four thousand have already been confirmed.
Nearly sixteen thousand seats are still available, and officials have urged applicants to complete their bookings before the deadline to avoid inconvenience.
Private Hajj operators started the booking process on September 19, completing more than twenty-three thousand new registrations within the first twenty-five days.

Additionally, twenty-one thousand six hundred fifty-four pilgrims who registered last year have also been allowed to perform Hajj under the 2025 private scheme.
Officials said private operators currently handle a quota of thirty-eight thousand three hundred forty-six pilgrims after the overall quota was reduced.
The ministry stated that, as per Saudi guidelines, there will be no extension in the booking deadline and advised operators to ensure timely completion.
A formal advisory from the ministry warned that incomplete applications submitted after the given time may affect the eligibility of pilgrims for Hajj participation.
