NADRA Launches Online Complaint Forum to Assist Citizens at Home
The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has launched an online platform to help citizens resolve their complaints without visiting offices.
The new initiative, introduced under the directives of the Prime Minister, aims to make NADRA services more transparent, accessible, and efficient for citizens nationwide.
As part of this effort, the Director General of NADRA Regional Office Lahore will host a live e katchery session through the authority official YouTube channel.
The online session will enable citizens to directly communicate with officials, discuss their concerns, and receive timely assistance and practical solutions for their registration issues.
The live e katchery is scheduled for Wednesday, October 15, between eleven in the morning and twelve noon, via NADRA official YouTube channel.
Interested participants can join the live stream using the handle at nadra official or contact zero four two nine nine two three two eight zero nine for additional details.

This digital outreach follows NADRA collaboration with provincial governments to digitize the birth and death registration process across Pakistan for faster and more reliable documentation.
Guided by Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi, NADRA continues improving its public service delivery under the National Biometric and Registration Policy Framework approved earlier this year.
NADRA has also expanded global reach with new facilitation counters in Canada, Italy, Bahrain, and Jordan to improve access to identification and registration services.
NADRA has set up new facilitation counters in Montreal and Vancouver (Canada), Milan (Italy), Manama (Bahrain), and Amman (Jordan).
As per the official, these centers are aimed at enhancing identification and registration services for overseas Pakistanis.
