PCB Finalises PSL Franchise Valuations Ahead of Auction
The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has finalised independent valuations for PSL franchises and commercial assets, marking a major step for league expansion.
Following the valuation, the PCB sent renewal offer letters to all compliant franchises, detailing revised fees for the next 10 years.
Franchises are required to respond within the specified deadline to confirm participation in the upcoming cycle of the Pakistan Super League.
To ensure transparency, the PCB arranged joint and individual meetings with independent valuer EY MENA for franchise officials to review methodology.

These sessions allow franchises to clarify any queries directly with the evaluators and gain complete understanding of the valuation process.
The board has received valuation reports for two new PSL franchises, with the tender process for their sale expected to start soon.
Bidders will select their team from shortlisted cities including Hyderabad, Sialkot, Muzaffarabad, Faisalabad, Gilgit, and Rawalpindi, according to PCB guidelines.
PSL Chief Executive Salman Naseer confirmed that an auction will be conducted for the two new franchises in the league’s 11th edition.
