Recruitment authority has been clearly defined to ensure administrative efficiency.

Primary school teachers will be appointed by Sub-Divisional Officers, while Deputy District Education Officers will handle middle school recruitment.

District Education Officers will be responsible for hiring teachers for high and higher secondary schools. Parent-Teacher Councils will monitor the recruitment process to ensure transparency.

The provincial government said the temporary hiring is a short-term solution to manage persistent teacher shortages, particularly in remote and merged districts.
