Xiaomi 17T Series Specs and Prices Revealed Ahead of Launch
Xiaomi is set to launch its new 17T series soon, with detailed specifications and pricing information recently leaked online. The lineup includes the Xiaomi 17T and Xiaomi 17T Pro models, both of which offer notable features and enhancements catering to different user preferences.
According to the leaks, the standard Xiaomi 17T is expected to feature a 6.59-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a 1.5K resolution. It will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8500-Ultra chipset, coupled with 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 4.1 storage. The phone will have a plastic frame and will come in Blue, Black, and Purple color options.
In the photography department, the Xiaomi 17T will incorporate a triple camera setup. This includes a 50MP Light Fusion 800 main sensor, a 50MP telephoto lens offering 5x optical zoom, and a 12MP ultrawide camera. For selfies, a 32MP front camera is expected. The device is also said to include a large 6,500mAh battery with support for 67W fast charging, and connectivity features such as Wi-Fi 6E and NFC. It will run on the newly announced Android 16-based HyperOS.
The Xiaomi 17T Pro model brings a more premium design and enhanced specifications. It is expected to sport a larger 6.83-inch OLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate and a more powerful Dimensity 9500 chipset. The Pro version will likely have a metal frame, offering a more durable and premium feel.
Camera upgrades on the 17T Pro include a 50MP Light Fusion 950 main sensor while other camera modules remain consistent with the standard model. The Pro variant also offers a beefier 7,000mAh battery with support for 100W wired and 50W wireless charging.
Connectivity options on the Pro will include Wi-Fi 7 and NFC. Like its standard counterpart, it will run on Android 16 with HyperOS and be available in similar color options.
In terms of pricing, the Xiaomi 17T is expected to start at around €749 (approximately $878) for the 12GB/256GB configuration. The Xiaomi 17T Pro is estimated to be priced at €999 (around $1,170) for the 12GB/512GB variant, positioning it as a higher-end offering within Xiaomi’s latest series.
