IHRF Calls for Release of PTI Leader Imran Khan
Staff Report
International Human Rights Foundation (IHRF) has called for the release of the PTI leader Imran Khan and granted him complete social civil and political rights.
It is deemed unacceptable for an individual with over 70% of the voting intentions in the country, a duly elected Prime Minister who is peaceful and free from any criminal wrongdoing, to be incarcerated and disqualified from participating in elections,” the IHR foundation said.
This scenario goes against fundamental democratic principles, the rule of law, and the concept of the separation of powers. The military establishment should avoid meddling in the political matters of civilian governance.Google Launches Election Search Trends Page in Pakistan
