ICT seizes 1717 Kanals from Khokhar & others

Islamabad: Islamabad Capital Administration, under Anti-Terrorism Act, 1997, has seized/frozen the properties against the names of persons included in Schedule IV with immediate effect, said order of the office of Deputy Commissioner, ICT, Islamabad.

The Assistant Commissioner (Saddar), ICT, and Tehsildar, ICT is further directed to take over the properties‘ possession and submit a compliance report within 15 days positively. The order of ICT further noted.

Under the order of ICT, a total land measuring 1717 Kanal and 27 marlas would be seized with immediate effect that includes 663 Kanal of land owned by Imtiaz Khan Khokhar and Farrukh Khokhar in Koral while various owners own the remaining land.
