SIBA Outlines MDCAT Entry Rules for Sindh Candidates

SIBA Testing Services has announced strict MDCAT entry rules for candidates appearing in the Medical and Dental College Admission Test scheduled on October 26, 2025.

The announcement follows the policy of the provincial government of Sindh to ensure transparency and identity verification during the examination process.

As per the official statement, candidates aged 18 years or above must carry their original Computerized National Identity Card, Passport, or NICOP for entry.

The details further revealed that those under 18 years are required to bring their original Juvenile Card or NICOP as proof of identity.

SIBA Testing Services has clarified that without these original identification documents, no candidate will be allowed to enter the examination center under any circumstances.

The organization has advised students to review all guidelines carefully and avoid bringing photocopies of identification documents.

Last week, it was announced that MDCAT in Punjab will take place on October 26, 2025, under the University of Health Sciences across twelve cities.

The Specialized Healthcare Department has instructed deputy commissioners to finalize arrangements and ensure coordination with all relevant departments.

Rescue 1122, traffic police, and law enforcement agencies will remain on alert throughout the exam day.

The government has requested Section 144 to prevent gatherings, while UHS has assigned senior faculty with security checks to prevent malpractice during the examination.
