The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has announced openings for key positions in Islamabad and Gilgit-Baltistan.

One of the available roles is Assistant Superintendent (Customer Services Executive) based at NADRA’s Islamabad office.
The position focuses on handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers, and maintaining high service quality standards daily.
Candidates should possess strong listening, problem-solving skills, quick learning ability, fluency in English, Urdu, and regional languages.
Another opening is for Deputy Director (Vigilance) at NADRA offices located in Gilgit-Baltistan.

This role requires leadership in vigilance operations, monitoring sensitive activities, ensuring compliance with rules, and supporting risk mitigation effectively.
Applicants should have strong analytical judgment, manage field and office work, and coordinate discreetly with internal and external stakeholders.
Additionally, NADRA is hiring a Director (Quality Management) to be based in Islamabad office.
The role involves leading software quality assurance, reviewing system requirements, test plans, monitoring quality metrics, and improving testing practices.
Responsibilities include coordinating with development and operations teams, conducting audits, preparing reports, and overseeing QA teams in complex environments.
