The International Cricket Council (ICC) has announced a star-studded commentary panel for the T20 World Cup 2026, scheduled to begin on February 7. The lineup features a mix of former champions and current cricketing stars.
Leading the panel are renowned experts Ramiz Raja, Ravi Shastri, Nasser Hussain, Ian Smith, and Ian Bishop. Their decades of experience are expected to provide comprehensive insights and in-depth coverage of all tournament action.
Joining them are past T20 World Cup winners, including Aaron Finch, Dinesh Karthik, Kumar Sangakkara, Samuel Badree, Robin Uthappa, and Carlos Brathwaite. Their analysis will offer viewers a detailed understanding of strategies and player performances.

Current South African captain Temba Bavuma, who recently led his team to ICC World Test Championship success in England, will also feature on commentary. He will share his on-field experience and tactical perspective throughout the tournament.
Former Sri Lankan all-rounder Angelo Mathews will join Bavuma, providing additional expertise to ensure thorough commentary on match strategies, key moments, and overall player performances.
The ICC will supply a world feed service to broadcasting partners, delivering consistent, high-quality coverage across all 55 matches and making the tournament accessible to fans in every participating country and global market.
Broadcast arrangements for Pakistan have been confirmed, with fans able to follow every match on television and digital platforms. Live coverage will be available through PTV and Myco, while digital streaming will be offered on Tamasha, ARY Zapp, and Tapmad throughout the month-long event.
The ICC will also provide a dedicated Urdu commentary feed for Pakistan matches, allowing viewers to enjoy ball-by-ball coverage in a familiar language across broadcast and streaming platforms.
