Dense fog again enveloped several areas of Punjab and Sindh between Sunday night and Monday morning, severely affecting daily life.
The thick fog disrupted road traffic on multiple Motorways, causing widespread closures due to dangerously low visibility, authorities reported.
A Motorway spokesperson confirmed that M2, M3, and M4 sections from Lahore, Faizpur, and Pindi Bhattial were closed.
Similarly, Motorway M5 from Multan to Rohri and M11 from Lahore to Sialkot have also been shut for all traffic until visibility improves.
Motorway police advised drivers to avoid the affected routes and use the Grand Trunk (GT) Road for essential travel.
Authorities urged motorists to drive slowly and keep fog lights switched on to reduce the risk of accidents.
