The National Database and Registration Authority has introduced a new Biker Service to simplify CNIC renewals and document deliveries across major cities.

This service allows citizens to complete essential NADRA tasks from home, including renewal and document updates, through a designated delivery rider.

Now available in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Taxila, Wah Cantt, Lahore, Karachi, Hyderabad, and Mirpurkhas, the Biker Service operates daily from 9 am to 7 pm.

Citizens of the these cities can easily book a NADRA rider by calling 051-111786100 from landlines or 1777 from mobile phones for assistance.

The facility is limited to the Executive Category and targets individuals seeking convenient, time-saving access to the essential documentation services.

According to NADRA, users will pay an additional Rs1,000 for the home service, which includes Rs825 service fee and Rs175 delivery.

The total payable amount may vary depending on the type of document, but the service ensures reliable, doorstep delivery across selected cities.

NADRA introduced the initiative to enhance citizen convenience, reduce office rush, and modernize its identity management and verification services nationwide.

Through this effort, NADRA aims to integrate technology with accessibility, offering citizens a faster and more secure experience for official documentation.
