Mahira Khan confesses love with Salim Karim

The Pakistani entertainment industry star Mahira Khan has confessed that she is in love and termed the person [Salim Karim] as a blessing. She made the confession during a virtual conversation with famous designer Hassan Sheheryar Yasin, popularly known as HSY.

HSY asked the actress, “You are in love now, his name is Salim. What is the first thing that comes to your mind when you look into his eyes?”

Mahira Khan answered “There’s a line in Humsafar, which I thought was beautiful, where Ashar says to Khirad, ‘Pata nahi tum mujhay kis naiki kay badlay main mili ho [I don’t know what virtue I did to deserve you.] I think the same about him.”

“I don’t know what have I done, must have done something good in my life that Allah blessed me with…” HYS interrupted, “Because of which Allah blessed you with Salim.”

The actress further said, “I am super grateful for my child. He is the center of my world, everything revolves around him, but I feel the same way about him [Salim], the people I love; that there is something that I must have done right.”

“I used to think I was such a heartbreaker but realized Allah Almighty will not be too happy with my prude behavior. I hope that we can protect this because I feel like any relationship is a long… you have to work at it and strive to make it better,” she added.

HSY jokingly said, “I am sure you heard the sound of a million hearts breaking when you said that line about you and your man.”
