Gold Hits Record High in Pakistan Market

Gold prices in Pakistan surged to a record high on Monday, with the price per tola reaching Rs480,962, after gaining Rs7,700 during the day.
The price of 10-gram gold also rose by Rs6,602, closing at Rs412,347, according to rates released by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association.

On Saturday, gold per tola had increased by Rs3,700, settling at Rs473,262, reflecting a continuing upward trend in the domestic precious metals market.

International gold rates rose by $77 to reach $4,586 per ounce, with an additional $20 premium, influencing local market prices across Pakistan.
Silver prices also hit a new peak, rising Rs430 to reach Rs8,895 per tola, marking a record-high level in the domestic market.
